In late 2019, just as Ottawa's real estate market was becoming red hot, we decided to sell our condo and move to a single family home. Easier said than done when you have no clue what you're doing! Our first week in the market was discouraging. Then I met Elizabeth at an open house. We made the right choice when we asked Elizabeth to represent us. She found us a buyer and successfully negotiated on our purchase, competing against six other bidders and winning!
